We are starting 2024 in our new home 73 Bathurst str formerly known as Equalise. We have also extended our community by adding Yoga (Vinyasa, Yin, Gentle Flow), Mat Pilates. Hot HIIT to our timetable, we love movement and both are such beautiful flows and practices.
Please feel free to come and try a Yoga class we have a few classes a day running even on the week end and there are classes around the Open day advertised on our page as well.

We have a special running of $15 per class this week, we have a range of Yoga classes to try. All the dance classes commence next week.
